Exchanging Numbers with Your Date
Sometimes you want to get closer to that person you have been messaging with on plenty fish but are not necessarily ready for a date. If a first date is on the horizon but you want to hear their voice prior to meeting up with them, then exchange cell phone numbers. You do not have to get crafty when it comes to trying to ask for their number. Simply ask if they would be interested in chatting over the phone and perhaps send along your number. It’s that simple! Now the ball is in their court and they can decide whether or not they are comfortable enough to move to this stage in the forming relationship. This way you will be able to text or call each other when you are not around a computer or able to access the internet. It will also come in handy on the day of your first date if you have to call to ask for directions.
